Micopiloto is the official mobile application from Shell, designed to streamline various customer interactions with the brand. The app offers the convenience of paying for Shell fuel fills and purchases at Upa! and Upita stores. Additionally, users can benefit from exclusive promotions, plan their trips, locate the nearest Shell service stations, and communicate directly with customer support.

To facilitate payments at service stations, users need to register their Chilean-issued credit or debit card once through Transbank's Webpay platform or BancoEstado’s payment button. After registration, a 4-digit PIN must be created, which will be used to authorize all subsequent transactions.

Payments are simplified by scanning a QR code and entering the PIN, allowing for quick and contactless transactions.
